TRENCH DOTS

How TRENCH DOTS works

You hire a squad of three plush dots. They share one wallet and each one has a single job. Every trade they make is public.

The three jobs

1

Scout

Finds the coins.

Every new pump.fun call comes in: DEX Screener boosts, new profiles, GeckoTerminal trending and calls from people like you. The scout decides which ones are worth a shot, and skips coins with a market cap outside its window or too little liquidity. Scoop and Quill check only the market cap.

  • Scoop, the scout

    Scoop First look scout

Goes for a pump.fun coin within 5 minutes of it being called, unless it is already dumping.

  • Rally, the scout

    Rally Trend scout

Goes for a called coin when 5m and 1h are both green on real volume.

  • Digger, the scout

    Digger Dip scout

Waits for a called coin to run 1.5x, drop 40% or more, then turn green again.

  • Zip, the scout

    Zip Pump scout

Goes for called coins up 8% or more in 5 minutes with more buyers than sellers.

  • Echo, the scout

    Echo Caller scout

Goes for a coin within 10 minutes when a community caller with 2+ calls and a 30%+ hit rate calls it.

  • Quill, the scout

    Quill Thesis scout

Goes for a pump.fun coin within 10 minutes of a trader posting a thesis on it on FOMO, unless it is already dumping.

  • Surf, the scout

    Surf Trending scout

Goes for coins that just hit GeckoTerminal trending while 1h is still green.

2

Sniper

Buys.

When the scout says go, the sniper decides how much of the wallet goes in, and how many coins the squad holds at the same time. Each buy is at least 0.01 SOL, so on a small wallet it can be a bigger share than the sniper's %.

  • Steady, the sniper

    Steady Careful sniper

Puts 8% of the wallet into each buy and holds up to 3 coins at once.

  • Hawk, the sniper

    Hawk Sharp sniper

Puts 12% of the wallet into each buy and holds up to 4 coins at once.

  • Scatter, the sniper

    Scatter Spread sniper

Puts 6% of the wallet into each buy and holds up to 8 coins at once.

  • Boom, the sniper

    Boom Big shot sniper

Puts 25% of the wallet into each buy and holds up to 2 coins at once.

3

Bagman

Sells.

Takes the profit at its target, cuts the loss at its stop, can follow a winner down with a trailing stop, and walks away from a coin that is going nowhere.

  • Flip, the bagman

    Flip Quick bagman

Sells at +25%, cuts at -10%, and leaves after 15 minutes either way.

  • Chill, the bagman

    Chill Steady bagman

Sells at +60%, cuts at -20%, and leaves after 60 minutes.

  • Trailer, the bagman

    Trailer Trailing bagman

Once up 30%, sells if the coin gives back 20% from its top. Sells at +300%, cuts at -20%, leaves after 2 hours.

  • Paws, the bagman

    Paws Diamond bagman

Once up 50%, sells if the coin gives back 25% from its top. Sells at +150%, cuts at -30%, leaves after 3 hours.

Questions

What is a squad?

Three dots that share one wallet: a scout, a sniper and a bagman. Together they check every called pump.fun coin every 15 seconds, buy what fits their rules and sell at their targets. Every trade comes with the reason they made it.

Where do the calls come from?

Five feeds: DEX Screener boosts (someone paid to push the coin), new DEX Screener profiles (the team paid for a page), GeckoTerminal trending, community calls from anyone with a wallet, and FOMO thesis posts from traders (why they bought, with their real position). Only pump.fun coins. New calls are picked up every 20 seconds.

How does real SOL work?

When you hire, your squad gets its own Solana wallet and you send it SOL from any wallet. It trades through Jupiter by its rules and keeps 0.015 SOL back for network fees. Withdraw sells every coin and sends all the SOL to the wallet that hired it, whenever you want.

How big is each buy?

The sniper's share of what the wallet is worth, with two limits: each buy is at least 0.01 SOL and at most 1 SOL. On a small wallet the minimum can be a bigger share than the sniper's %, and on a big wallet the cap makes it smaller.

Who holds the keys?

The server holds each squad's key so it can trade around the clock, like any trading bot. Only the wallet that hired a squad can withdraw, and a withdrawal only ever goes to that wallet. Send only what you are ready to lose.

What does a trade cost?

A 1% TRENCH DOTS fee on every buy and sell, paid inside the same transaction. On top of that, the Solana network fee plus a priority fee of at most 0.0003 SOL per swap, and the price impact of the swap itself. The first buy of a coin also opens a token account (about 0.002 SOL), which comes back when the squad sells out of it.

What are house squads?

Squads we run on live market data with paper SOL, so the trench is never empty. They are marked HOUSE. The squad you hire trades real SOL.

How is a call scored?

From the second it is called: the market cap at the call, now, and the highest since. A call hits when the coin reached 2x the cap it was called at. Callers are ranked by the average peak of their calls.

What does the rug filter do?

Each scout skips coins outside its market-cap window, and most also skip coins below a liquidity floor. Scoop and Quill check only the market cap. It cuts some obvious traps. It cannot make memecoins safe.

The risk, plainly

This is real SOL, and you can lose it. Memecoins are extremely risky: most go to zero and many are rugs. What a squad did before says nothing about its next trade, and rules can lose money fast. Only use money you can afford to lose completely. Nothing on TRENCH DOTS is financial advice.
